Terms

Our terms

No contract to sign. Paying your deposit invoice means you accept these terms for your package. Any change must be agreed in writing; email counts.

Effective October 3, 2026. Version 1.

  1. The guarantee. We guarantee the view number written on your invoice, by the deadline written there (your guarantee day). The guarantee day ends at 11:59 pm Pacific time. If the number isn't reached by then, you owe no balance, and we refund what you've paid, deposit and balance, within 72 hours of your guarantee day, minus the card processing fee. We guarantee views only, not streams, saves, followers, chart positions, playlist adds, sound uses or sales.
  2. Release Partner. The 40M views are one combined total across all 6 songs, not 40M for each song. Day 1 is the day the first song's first post goes live, and the guarantee day is day 90.
  3. How views are counted. We count views on the campaign videos (the videos on our dog accounts with your song as the soundtrack), on every platform. Views are counted with Metricool, which pulls them directly from each platform's own analytics. We never estimate or add views from anywhere else. We send you the report: the final report links every post, with dated screenshots from each platform's analytics. Where we say listens, we mean views: one listen is one view of a video we post with your song.
  4. What you get. The package listed on your invoice. Every video is posted on TikTok, Facebook and YouTube and as 3 Instagram trial Reels, shown mostly to people who don't follow us yet. Every caption credits the artist and song.
  5. Dates. Day 1 is the day the first campaign video goes live. The deadline is written on your invoice. If Day 1 moves, the deadline moves with it.
  6. Sample videos. We make 3 free sample videos with your song before you book. Samples are a preview only. They're never posted; every campaign video is new. Nothing posts until you book your campaign. After you book, we pick the clips to match the song's mood. Posting starts within 72 hours of your deposit.
  7. Payment. Half when you book your campaign (after you've seen your free samples), due on receipt. The other half once every video in the package is posted, due within 15 days of the last post. Invoiced in US dollars. Pay by card through a secure Stripe link.
  8. Your song. You confirm you own or control the recording and the song, or have permission from whoever does. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the recording as the soundtrack of the campaign videos, to post them on our Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook accounts during the campaign, and to keep those posts up afterwards. From 90 days after the last campaign post, ask in writing and we take them down within 10 business days. We get no ownership in your song.
  9. Claims. You won't file copyright, Content ID or takedown claims against the campaign videos. If one is filed automatically (for example by your distributor), you clear it within 5 business days of our asking. A post removed because of a claim from your own distributor or label still counts as delivered, with the views it had up to then, and that alone doesn't trigger a refund. If someone says the song wasn't yours to license, you handle that claim and cover our reasonable costs.
  10. Credit, confidentiality and reposts. Every campaign post credits the artist and song in the caption. An unreleased song stays confidential until you OK it to post. We may show the campaign videos in our own portfolio. You may repost the custom lead video (Release Partner) on your own channels for 12 months.
  11. Posts and platforms. Posts stay up at least 90 days. Apart from a claim covered in term 9, a post a platform removes before the deadline doesn't count toward the number. A post we remove ourselves is replaced. If a platform restricts one of our accounts during your run, we tell you the same day and move its remaining videos to our other accounts; your number and deadline stay the same.
  12. Stopping early. You may stop by email at any time, and we stop new posts within 1 business day. Stopping early ends the guarantee for the package: we keep the deposit, and no balance is owed.
  13. The rest. Our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us for this package, and neither of us is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits; this doesn't limit your promises in terms 8 and 9. We are an independent business. The governing law and courts are named on your invoice; disputes go there after 30 days of trying to settle by talking.
